The Risk Board was established in 2010 to assist Directors and Executive teams in raising their awareness of the full extent and nature of risks within their businesses as correlated to business growth strategies. TRB has a successful track record of assisting organisations in establishing robust frameworks to manage those risks in conjunction with a practical interpretation and implementation of domestic and international regulatory requirements.
The Risk Board does not view risk management as a ‘cookie cutter’ implementation of process, rather as a continuing journey of awareness and cultural development within an organisation. All businesses are unique and require innovative and creative ways to diagnose, remediate and then enhance operations to ensure a profitable and sustainable level of financial performance.
We work directly with Boards and executive/senior management teams to deliver revised frameworks and processes.
