The Risk Board is the only Australian owned organisation focused solely on advising Directors, Chief Executive Officers and Chief Risk Officers on how they can deliver risk management and governance that supports sustainable growth.

Andrew Williamson joined The Risk Board in January 2012 with a 30 year track record in financial services.
Prior to this recent move, as MD and Head of Diversified Financial Institutions and Banks at National Australia Bank, Andrew was responsible for the regional team who manage relationships with the broad spectrum of financial institutions including banks, investment banks, consumer finance, non bank asset originator, stockbrokers, credit unions, building societies, and government financing authority clients. These responsibilities include business origination and growth in returns as well as risk accountability across the broader client portfolio.
Bruce Auty is the Founder and Principal of The Risk Board having had over 40 years experience in financial services.
Bruce was Chairman of Bank of Queensland’s Asset and Liability Committee, Chairman of Executive Credit Committee, Chairman of the Crisis Management Committee and a Member of the Bank’s Executive Committee. He has 44 years banking experience with a specialization in Risk Management.
Michael Hamar is a Principal of The Risk Board, having had over 40 years experience in financial services.
He is an independent financial consultant, specializing in the areas of risk management and banking and finance. He is also a consultant to the Risk Management Institute of the National University of Singapore working with them in the design and execution of their professional education programmes.
Bruce is an internal audit and operational risk specialist with 21 years experience in Westpac.
He has extensive senior and executive management experience in risk management and internal audit primarily in the banking and financial services sectors. A track record in strategic planning, strategic innovation, enterprise wide risk management, corporate governance and internal audit.
Bridget has over 20 years of industry experience specifically in the regulated mortgage and associated Lenders Mortgage Insurance market.
Bridget is a passionate, respected and trusted business leader who possess in depth mortgage industry knowledge and an extensive industry network.
